The Dallas Mavericks' Downtown Core
The Mavericks operate from the most centralized setup among Dallas teams, with both their game and practice facilities in downtown Dallas. American Airlines Center sits in the Victory Park neighborhood in downtown Dallas American Airlines Center - Wikipedia, while their practice facility is located directly across from the arena in the Design District UESMavs Moneyball.
This proximity - literally across the street - gives players and staff the shortest commute in professional sports. Love Field Airport is about 10 minutes away, while DFW is roughly 30 minutes depending on traffic and route. The downtown location puts the Mavericks at the heart of Dallas' business and entertainment district, with easy access to major highways like I-35E and the Dallas North Tollway. This urban setup appeals to players who prefer city living and provides unmatched convenience for daily operations.
