The Dallas Cowboys' Metroplex
Daily operations center around AT&T Stadium in Arlington and The Star in Frisco - about 25 miles apart via Interstate 30 and Highway 121. AT&T Stadium sits at 1 AT&T Way in Arlington, while The Star serves as the team's world headquarters and practice facility in Frisco ThestarinfriscoDallassports.
The drive between venues typically follows I-30 west to 121 north, creating a reliable route for coaches and players. The Star houses a 510,000 square foot indoor athletic facility The Star in Frisco – The Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility in Frisco, making it one of the NFL's most impressive practice complexes. Love Field Airport provides convenient travel access, roughly equidistant from both facilities at about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. This setup gives the Cowboys operational flexibility while keeping their high-profile facilities in two of the region's most prominent sports markets.
